[Pythonmac-SIG] bus error using PyQt

I"m using PyQt on OSX 10.3.8.

and everytime my app exits I get a bus error.

I've noticed several people have seen the error, but have not yet run
into a solution I understood.

Can anyone explain how to resolve the issue to an OSX newbie?
