[Pythonmac-SIG] /Applications/MacPython 2.4/Extras/Tools missing from Universal build?

I use(d) /Applications/MacPython 2.4/Extras/Tools/i18n/pygettext.py for 
internationalization and /Applications/MacPython 
2.4/Extras/Tools/webchecker/webchecker.py to validate url's.
