I linked to it in a message to you earlier in this thread, but since  
you asked:

The wiki is linked to from the front page, and the FAQ is the  
absolute first thing mentioned on the front page of pythonmac.org.

Additionally, searching with any of the obvious terms on google is  
going to bring it up as the first link.. such as "macpython faq"  
"pythonmac faq"

Hell, there's even a link to it from Jack's MacPython page!
