We need to at least change the default key bindings to Mac OS rather  
than Windows... we also want to make sure that it starts a pythonw- 
capable interpreter among other little details.

I think I've still got a copy somewhere, but it would take a bit to  
find the originals because all of my working macs have been to  
applecare since then so it's living somewhere on an external drive...
