If you check my mail from yesterday, I was also having problems with
this i386 biteswapping thing. I think my py2app script is stopping at  
the
same place as yours.  (I'm on OSX 10.4.6)

And I followed the instructions as well.

Is this because of recent additions for MacIntel universal support?
