[Pythonmac-SIG] building packages for MacPython

Hi, I would like to contribute some of the packages that I frequently use to
MacPython, but could find no docs on the process.

I would also like to profusely thank whoever built wxPython as I failed in
my attempts to do this myself and the fink build is too old to run Dabo and
the Darwinports build would not work.
