Those packages are all built by a variety of volunteers on a "someone 
needed it and was nice enough to contribute it" basis. Some of the 
harder ones are build by Bob and Ronald, though, which is much appreciated!

When the 2.5 Universal build is released, they'll probably come in 
fairly quickly, but it will be awhile before they are all there.

If you do, please contribute them by sending them to Bob I.
