Get Py2app, then use:

bdist_mpkg

For the easy ones, that's all there is to it. The trick is when a 
package has other dependencies. In that case, we try to build it 
statically linked with those. This gets tricky with the Universal build, 
as you need the dependencies to be Universal too.
