Who do aI report a buglet in py2app to?

Anyway, here it is:

I just did a svn update, and the News.txt says that the latest version 
is: 0.4.2

However, py2app/__init__.py has;

__version__ = "0.3.6"

This confused me when I was trying to see if I has successfully 
installed the newer vversion...
