Sorry, I don't use QT, and don't have the time to mess with it now, but 
you might want to look at the sip recipe:


/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5/site-packages/py2app-0.4.2-py2.5.egg/py2app/recipes/sip.py

boy that's a long path!

It apparently needs some updating, but seeing what used to work may give 
you a clue.

Also, make sure you're using the latest py2app also.

easy_install py2app==dev
