[Pythonmac-SIG] argv_emulation for url open events

Forgot to mention that the original argv_emulation.py file that I
modified was in the following directory :-

/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5/site-packages/py2app-0.3.6-py2.5.egg/py2app/bootstrap
