[Pythonmac-SIG] Should Python.app be an LSUIElement = 1 app?

That means you won't get a menu bar either.  "agent application" seems  
to mean an application that is usually completely hidden but needs to  
pop up GUI items (such as windows) sometimes. Agent applications don't  
have a dock item, and don't have a menu bar either.
