Bug reports in documentation

Hi,

i was unable to file a bug on github as was suggested in TASK.txt.
Where is the correct place?

nevertheless: the code contains a lot of wrong references to
scikit.gpu, for example in the README and in the documentation:

I am not familiar with git, otherwise I would push a branch.
