"sudo easy_install scikits.image" fails

Hi,
I upgrade cython to 0.14.1
and everything went fine:
Adding scikits.image 0.3dev to easy-install.pth file
Installing scivi script to /usr/local/bin

Installed /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/scikits.image-0.3dev-
py2.6-linux-i686.egg
Processing dependencies for scikits.image==0.3dev
Finished processing dependencies for scikits.image==0.3dev
