Sprint report

Hi everyone,

The SciPy2011 sprints are over... here's a short summary of what we worked on:

- Completed the move over to the new webpage, improving documentation
build infrastructure along the way [Pieter Holtzhausen, Stefan]
- Python 3 compatibility [Neil Muller]
- New Qt-based imread [Neil Muller]
- Comparison chart to show how we stack up to MATLAB [Kyle Mandli]
- Improved FITS plugin to support multiple images and meta-data [James Turner]
