hough ellipse fit inaccurate?

Okay. But I also tried your parameters without success.
It was hard work but I created a minimal example from my code (see 
attachment). It takes quite a long time to run but I would be really 
thankful <http://www.dict.cc/englisch-deutsch/thankful.html> if you could 
take a look.
