COSFIRE Filters feature

Hi Ahmed,

Making your first contribution can feel like a challenge. We’ve tried to 
provide a guide to this that covers the best practices and also tells you 
*why* it’s important to do these things, instead of just providing a magic 
set of steps/Git commands.
