[scikit-image] Tools for 3D segmentation ?

Well, almost three years ago we had a GSoC student work on it… =P

Assuming you mean manual 3D segmentation, I second Greg’s recommendation of ITK-SNAP for fully manual segmentation. For semi-automated work, I recommend Ilastik (ilastik.org).
