[scikit-image] Image intensity measure.regionprops

Hi Jeremy,

Thank you for your answer, it makes a lot of sense to mask the intensity
image with the label region before measuring the mean intensity, which is
exactly what is in the source code:

> np.mean(self.intensity_image[self.image])
