Hm, the website works fine for me (and I also didn’t have any issues in the last few days).
Just to make sure your are using the correct address, it should be http://scikit-learn.org/ (maybe you used https://scikit-learn.org by accident !?)

- Alternatively, maybe try http://scikit-learn.org/stable/
- A different browser
-  clearing the browser cache

Hope one of these things work!
