[scikit-learn] Is there any official position on PEP484/mypy?

Hi Daniel.
Thanks for your clarification, that's exactly how I understood it to 
work from what I saw so far.
I don't like either annotation type in terms of syntax that much. I 
don't understand why they didn't go with something closer to the Python 
3 syntax.
But I guess we have to live with it or write a new pep ;)

I think the one-line version should be preferred as it is shorter and 
less intrusive.
