[scikit-learn] Fwd: ValueError

Hi,

As Nelson suggested, probably the version pip shows and imported in python
are not matching. Could you see the output of ``pip freeze`` ? In case that
is not 1.8.0rc then the solution in that issue would probably be helpful
here.
