[scikit-learn] ANN scikit-learn 0.18.2 numpy 1.12 compatibility release

Hey everybody.

I just pushed the minor release 0.18.2 to pypi.
This release contains minor fixed to ensure compatibility with numpy 1.12,
mostly for the examples.
There is a small fix in the gaussian process module, too.
