[scikit-learn] Broken c dependencies

Try:
pip uninstall -y scikit-learn
pip install --no-cache-dir scikit-learn
python -c 'import sklearn.svm'
Do you see something like this:
Collecting scikit-learn
Downloading scikit_learn-0.18.1-cp35-cp35m-macosx_10_6_intel.macosx_10_9_intel.macosx_10_9_x86_64.macosx_10_10_intel.macosx_10_10_x86_64.whl
(7.2MB)
meaning that pip is installing from a binary wheel?
Do you get the same error?
