[SciPy-dev] updates to weave in the CVS

Hey group,

The problems with weave on Mandrake have been largely solved -- blitz
support is still broken, but everything else *should* work.  If you are
following the CVS, please grab the latest version and test weave to make
sure the fixes didn't break it for your architecture...
