Not from me, most likely. I don't often use MaskedArrays, so I'm not going to
try to guess the appropriate semantics. If you would like to ensure support for
MaskedArrays in scipy.stats, please start reviewing functions for how they
handle MaskedArrays and submitting patches where necessary.
