[SciPy-Dev] SciPy test error

[Blake Griffith]

I'm on ubuntu 12.10, the second answer fixed it when I switched from
/usr/lib/lapack/liblapack.so.3  to /usr/lib/atlas-base/atlas/liblapack.so.3
.
