[SciPy-Dev] Matrix subspace angle

I don't see a SciPy equivalent for the MATLAB/Octave `subspace` to compute
the subspace angle between two matrices. Did I miss it somewhere? If we
don't have it and people think it would be worthwhile, I could add one.
