[SciPy-Dev] Failing PR with time-out on CircleCI Sphinx document generation

Blair,

It looks like CircleCI was taking too long to build the documentation. Not
something you can fix directly, especially since it was not one of the
files you modified. You could try to restart the build to see if the error
goes away.
