I agree an ECG signal is a good choice, and better than my suggestion.
It'll be a lower sample rate than audio, too, so you can get a longer
signal in my proposed 500k limit.

Let's wait a few days to see if others have thoughts on the signal or its
size limit, and if there are no complaints, go for it!
