[SciPy-Dev] GSOC'18 : Enhance the Randomized Numerical Linear Algebra functionality

Hello Ralf,

It's unfortunate to hear this but I was expecting this as I am really late
.Then will Scipy will have only two projects for GSoC this year ? I don't
think I should ask this but still, do you have any idea other than those
mentioned in the ideas page for GSoC?
