[Scipy-organizers] "Why I Sci-Py" blog post

Hello Kyle,

I think that this a great idea.  One thing that we could do is that in the
weekly newsletters we could a "Why I SciPy" section at the end that
contains links to the latest posts. Would you be willing to help solicit
posts?
