[Scipy-organizers] Conf webIte down?

Hello all,

To give you an update on this night of choosing our fabulous talk
lineup, apparently DNS is completely Borked on the scipy.org site.
(We've even made reddit.)

For all those wishing to actually get to the server. I recommend
setting your /etc/hosts file to point conference.scipy.org to
162.242.221.143
