[Scipy-organizers] Financial Aid For Speaker/Attendee

Hello,

I'm Milap from India. I'm Contributor at VideoLAN and PSF. I got Financial
Aid For PYCON 2014, montreal CANADA. now i wanted to ask you is there any
financial Aid program for SCIPY 2014 ?. i want to submit my talk. but first
of all i also have to confirm if Financial Aid will be there then i would
love to submit my talk because i'm  belongs to poor family and they cant
afford.
