[Scipy-organizers] Updates and Reminders

Hello all,

I just wanted to give a few updates:

1) We have two plenary speakers accepted: Greg Wilson of Software
Carpentry and Paul Ramsey of Boundless and PostGIS project.  We will
announce this in more depth in the coming weeks.

2) Please make sure your group is working on the announcements. If you
don't know what you need to turn in this week, please email me!

3) We have a staging site set up for how we are going to accept
submissions. Please go make an account at
http://conference-staging.scipy.org and submit fake proposals to test
the system.  Styling and other issues will be updated soon.
