[Scipy-organizers] Registration Name

Hello,

I'm handling the booking for my colleague-- Sean Gillies-- who is attending
yoru conference in July. When I registered there was no option to include
his name rather than mine (which is listed on our company credit card).

I just wanted to verify that his registration can be changed to Sean
Gillies rather than Lindsay Young.
