[Scipy-organizers] Preparing for the sprints

Is there a particular project you would like to help with?  If so I would
suggest looking into getting your machine setup with a developer's
installation (for instance this (http://matplotlib.org/devel/index.html)
for matplotlib).  You can also contact the corresponding developer's list
with an ideas as well or look at the issues lists on github.
