[Scipy-organizers] Registration for SciPy 2014 Tutorials

Hi there-
I would like to register for the upcoming July 6-7 tutorials for $525, 
the standard price. However, as a scientist, I am not authorized to make 
the payment myself; someone from our training/HR department will be 
making the payment on my behalf. This generally takes a few days.

I'm writing to ask for two things:

1. I have management approval to attend. Can a placeholder registration 
be created for me, so that the tutorials don't fill up completely?

2. Can I be emailed some type of invoice or registration confirmation as 
'proof of cost'. In the past, I've provided URLs to a webpage, and this 
was not accepted as 'proof of cost'.
