[Scipy-organizers] Refund

Dear Committee:

I registered to SciPy 2014 on May 27th (Conference + Sprints + Women in
Scientific Computing Luncheon; total $335).

Unfortunately, I cannot attend the conference (I would have loved to: I am
in the Program Committee).  Is it still possible to get a refund?
