[Scipy-organizers] Signing up for tutorials

To whom it may concern:

I recently registered for the SciPy2014 conference and tutorials.  Upon
doing so it was stated that some of the tutorials are already full.  How do
I go about signing up for tutorials, there doesn't appear to be an option
on my account dashboard?  Thanks!
