I'm not sure I quite understand?  We ended up not including the
proceedings announcement in this week's mailing, and we're eager to
make sure that all of the info that goes out meets with approval of
the chairs and so on.  Can you make sure that what's in the repository
for mailings for proceedings matches what you're looking for?
