[Scipy-organizers] Sponsors Update

I thought I should update everyone. Beyond the 7 sponsors on the site
already, we have another 4 pending.

Gold: Rackspace, Python Software Foundation, The Bidding Network
Silver: IIT Bombay

And we are very likely to get NIST as a platinum sponsor, LANL as a Silver,
and Microsoft as either Silver or Gold.

There are others still in the hopper as well.

SO, we are well on our way to hitting our budget goal of $50K even after
losing Google and LANL as platinum sponsors.
