[Scipy-organizers] SciPy Schedule

Hi Brynn,

All tutorials are put together independently, so they should be useful
individually. If you don't know the basic stack then it becomes more
challenging as numpy / scipy / pandas / matplotlib tend to be used
heavily everywhere.
