	Hello,

My name is Tim Vivian-Griffiths, I am a PhD student at Cardiff University in the UK, and I am thinking of registering for your conference in July. I was just wondering about the fees for registration. Would it be possible for you to invoice me for the fees, or do I have to pay up front to register? Also, what is the additional cost for not getting the early bird fee?
