[Scipy-organizers] Tutorials official acceptances in Symposion

Hi all,

Is there a way to officially accept tutorials submission in the dashboard
in Symposion? I have heard that if we can officially accept submissions
through the site, then the tutorials leaders can easily do their own
administration through the site, like making email lists of participants.
Is this true? And if so, how do I make this happen?
