Hi,

One of our staff members, Jacob Hummel, used my departmental credit card 
to register for this conference.
Unfortunately his name is not referenced anywhere on this payment.

Is it possible to get another receipt or verification that this payment 
reflects his registration?

Any assistance will help justification of my charge records.
