[Scipy-organizers] Adding tutorials to my registration

Hi everyone,

I've decided to register for tutorials, and I don't know how to update my
registration to include the tutorials. When I go through the form and click
on tutorials -- the page seems to want to charge me again for registration.
How may I had tutorials after I've already registered?

Bonus question, how does financial aid work with registration? Are
reimbursements passed out at the conference?
