[Scipy-organizers] Author Addition Request

Hello SciPy Organizers,

As we will need his help preparing for upcoming SciPy posters, I respectfully request that Andrei Savici be added as a co-author to these upcoming SciPy posters:

*         Python Interfaces in Mantid

*         Scientific GUI Application Development Using Qt Designer and PyQt

I also request that existing SciPy authors Wenduo Zhou and Jean Bilheux also be added to the author list for the "Python Interfaces in Mantid" poster.

Summarizing, Jean Bilheux, Andrei Savici, Wenduo Zhou, and myself (Steve Miller) should all be co-authors for these two posters listed above and we are all with the Neutron Data Analysis and Visualization Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
