[Scipy-organizers] Talk proposal clarification

Hi SciPy Organizers,

I am submitting two talk proposals, and I was a little bit confused by your
length guidelines for the abstract/talk descriptions. I wrote my proposals
based on the guidelines in the proposal submission web form, which says
that the abstract should be no more than 500 words, and the detailed
description has no maximum. However, then I saw the instructions outside of
the portal, saying that the detailed description should be 200-500 words.

Can you please clarify what an appropriate length for the abstract and
detailed description is? Is it what is in the form or on the talks page?
My abstracts are currently 150-200 words and my detailed descriptions are
about ~600 words, and I'm trying determine how much I need to cut them down.
