[Scipy-organizers] Regarding the proposal topic and use of other python libraries

Hello Scipy organizers,
             I would like to present some of my work in Condensed Matter
Physics which involves a lot of Group Theory computations performed using
SageMath. It would be really helpful to know if use of SageMath for Physics
based computations be acceptable as a topic for proposal. Hoping to hear
from the you.
